Prep your nails as you normally would before applying gel polish. This can be a base of gel, polygel, acrylic - anything you would use under a gelpolish. Start to apply your gelpolish!

Apply a white gelpolish, this makes the colors pop! Using a transparant-background Twistie? Pick any gelpolish color you like. Cure it under a UV lamp. Apply a rubberbase of choice and cure it under a UV lamp before moving to the next step. This will make sure the Twistie sticks to your nail perfectly.
Choose the Twistie that fits your nail best. It’s better to go a little bigger than too small, you can file off the excess later!
Peel your twistie off the sheet. Use tweezers for extra precision. Place it onto the sticky layer of your rubberbase, starting from the cuticle and pressing down over the entire nail.
Not quite right? No worries! You can reposition your Twistie as much as you need. Smooth it out, stretch it, and make sure it hugs the nail tight and perfectly.
Apply a topcoat to protect your twisties, don’t forget to seal the edges! Cure it under a UV lamp. Need to file? Do it carefully, then apply a second layer of topcoat for extra durability.
